The Child & Family Support Program (CFSP) Provides support to families of children and adolescents with mental, emotional or behavioral disabilities.  Through support groups, training, advocacy, family activities and community-based services, our goal is to keep families together. Families Together of NY State, defines family support as a constellation of formal and informal services and tangible goods that are defined and determined by families.  It is "whatever it takes" for a family to care for and live with a child or adolescent who has an emotional or behavioral disability.

CFSP recognizes that caring for a child with serious mental, emotional and behavioral issues can be overwhelming.  Families often find it helpful to meet and talk with others dealing with similiar situations.
